    ICT Hardware and Technical Support

    We understand that some schools require one point of contact for all of their ICT related issues, whether this be a SIMS support query or a hardware or technical glitch that needs some on-site assistance. Our aim is to provide one phone number that solves any problem or issue that you may have.

    The ICT hardware and technical support service ranges from the installation of the SIMS.net application suite to installing a single workstation and peripherals to complete network infrastructures. These services are available on curriculum, administration and single combined networks.

    Our team of technicians also have experience of working within schools and academies to assist in the delivery of certain projects such as major hardware deployments. We have also provided additional support to school customers to cover short-term assignments such as staff absence.
