    School ICT Services can offer Capita SIMS support for schools in partnership with local authorities across the whole of the country. We recognise the importance of delivering a high quality of service to your customers on your behalf and can seamlessly integrate the delivery of our service into your existing offering.

    Our most popular LA service is the provision of ‘top-up’ support where we are engaged in the delivery of SIMS modular specific support either directly to schools or through the LA service desk.

    Our SIMS support service to local authorities is flexible and bespoke to your exact requirements. We offer a complete support service across the SIMS suite or customised to specific modules e.g. NOVA, Assessment and Exams.

    We do not offer competing services to those of our Local Authority partners. Our ethos is to work in partnership together to ensure that customers receive the best possible support for their SIMS systems. We become part of your service delivery team.

    • Full Software Support – software only support across all SIMS modules.
    • Technical Services – project specific work and 2nd line technical assistance
    • ‘Top-up’ service – specific modular support such as NOVA, Exams, Assessment, Academic Management.
    • Short/medium term contracts – to cover staffing issues
